Artist statement: The costs of war are largely ignored since war ultimately results in the victory of power and wealth, despite the terrible consequences in loss of life. The irony displayed throughout the three posters demonstrates how money and corruption are the cause of war. The brutal truth is that soldiers cannot afford to lose their lives.
